I am Phil Singleton, a carpenter and joiner with over 20 years in the construction trade. From timber framing a house to fitting bespoke bedroom furniture and everything in between, it is all done by me, and I am a member of the Derbyshire Trusted Trader scheme.
I have been working in the construction world for over 20 years, and in that time I have come into contact with most areas of the trade. So whether it is timber framing a house or fitting bespoke bedroom furniture, and everything in between, it can be undertaken by me.
You deal with me from the first visit to the last tidy up, which is the part customers tend to mention in their reviews. I am proud to be a member of the Derbyshire Trusted Trader scheme, and I worked alongside the BBC DIY SOS team on a local project as a volunteer.
If it is made from timber, it is worth asking. The list below is what comes up most, not the limit of it.
Wardrobes, overbed units, dressing tables and drawer banks, built to fit the room including the awkward corners.
New flights, refurbished stairs, newel posts, spindles and handrails in oak, pine or painted finishes.
Raised and multi level decking, balustrades, pergolas and steps, set out to suit the slope of the garden.
Made to measure gates, doors hung and eased, skirtings, architraves, flooring, repairs and second fix.

Phil is an excellent joiner. He has done work for us in the past and we always leave him the key to let himself in and out of the house. He is utterly trustworthy and always does an absolute excellent job.
